We resolve performance losses in air and gas preheaters (Luvo / Gavo) with automated high-pressure water cleaning systems.
Rotary air preheaters (Luvo) and gas preheaters (Gavo) become clogged over time with ash, sulphates and ammonium bisulphate; pressure drop rises and efficiency falls. Brocken uses automated high-pressure water systems and, where necessary, chemically assisted methods to clean this equipment.
Method
- Basket cleaning with an automatically traversing high-pressure water-jet unit
- Staged pressure application for heavy blockages
- Collection and proper disposal of wastewater
- Pressure-drop measurement and report after cleaning
The work is planned according to equipment type and degree of fouling, keeping downtime to a minimum.
