Scale, biofilm and sludge deposits in condenser tubes reduce heat transfer; turbine vacuum deteriorates and output is lost. Our specialist team selects the mechanical or chemical method according to the type and degree of fouling.
Methods
- Mechanical: tube brushing, projectile cleaning with compressed air and water
- Chemical: circulating acidic or alkaline cleaning followed by neutralisation
