Brocken Endüstriyel Temizlik Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“the Company”), as data controller, processes your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and – where applicable – in line with GDPR principles, within the scope described below.
1. Data processed
Via the contact and quote forms on our website: name, company, e-mail, phone and message content; via the career application form additionally city, CV and cover letter; as well as IP address and time of submission.
2. Purposes
- Responding to quote requests and contact enquiries
- Planning emergency response and services
- Conducting recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
- Fulfilling legal obligations and security (abuse prevention)
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 5(2)(c) “establishment or performance of a contract”, (ç) “legal obligation”, (f) “legitimate interest” of the KVKK and, where required, your explicit consent (Art. 5(1)).
4. Transfers
To the extent required by the service, data may be shared with our group company BROCKEN Industrial Solutions GmbH, competent public authorities and our hosting / e-mail service providers. International transfers comply with Art. 9 KVKK.
5. Retention
Contact records are kept for a maximum of 2 years, job applications for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the evaluation process; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
6. Your rights
Under Art. 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, deletion or destruction and to claim compensation for damage.
